The Healios assistance program is meant for cancer patients in need of financial assistance. Please submit all the information requested below and provide as many details as possible.

If approved, you will be given a code to purchase Healios at a reduced price. Note that each code is personalized and providing your code to other individuals will result in the suspension of your discount code.

We approve applications regularly — you will hear from us within 2 business days. You may be required to submit additional information to demonstrate assistance need.
