Our Mission

At Enlivity our mission is to improve the oral and digestive health of patients going through cancer treatment.

About Us

Enlivity is a medical nutrition company founded by Gillian Isabelle, Ph.D to help cancer patients get better by focusing on the human side of treatment.

When a loved one is diagnosed with cancer, we tend to focus on schedules, plans, and statistics, while forgetting about quality of life. Maintaining quality of life and managing side effects are important parts of cancer treatment. Side effects can get in the way of daily activities, and in severe cases, they can even affect treatment schedule. This is why at Enlivity, our goal is to help make treatment side effects better by providing patients with affordable, easy-to-use products that are over the counter.

Because so many cancer treatment side effects occur in the mouth and the gastrointestinal tract, our products focus on food and nutrient-based solutions. Absorbing the right nutrients, when and where you need it, can help minimize complications and alleviate side effects.

Committed to Science-Based Solutions

We partner with expert oncology healthcare providers to develop science-based nutrient solutions that treat more than the symptoms. Our first product, Healios®, was formulated by hematologist-oncologist Dr. Peter Anderson, MD, Ph.D to help support normal cell repair along the gastrointestinal (GI) tract of patients with mouth sores or who have difficulty swallowing due to chemotherapy or radiation.

Helping Those Who Need It Most

We are dedicated to supporting patients, so they can continue needed treatments with minimal clinical complications and hospitalizations. Through the generous support of our manufacturing partner, we are able to offer Healios® free to children under the age of 18 who are most likely to develop mouth sores and have difficulty swallowing.
